Dedication
This web site is dedicated to Pancake who was a cinnamon Cockatiel hen, she was one of God's special gifts to mankind and very special, she died tragically on the 8th January 1999 her loss devastated me. In this site I have some thoughts to share, a few poems, written by myself and my internet friends, lots of photo's. She is missed and still loved very much! Pancake is gone to the rainbow bridge 13 years, 0 month and 29 days
and I feel it every day.
Reflection (Friday, 4th August 2006)
Oooohhh Daddies little little love, so much has happened, since the last update, Granny is with you now, I hope you two have met up and social sit together, as you did here, I asked granny to scratch your head for me if she ever met up with you, Mr Chip's who you never met is also with you too!
Soms, who you know well, receintly, comitted the terrible crimbe's of 'the fluttering and the flewing' and took off on the 6th July 2006 one happy sunny Thursday morning, and has never been found presumed missing, assumed to be 'a captured'.
Today was the day your web site got its rainbow bridge book. People often write to me asking if I can do something for them. Now they can do it for themselves, do a small write up on their freinds and a peom of two.
Little one, Tutths a Tweethos, my toot tooths, I miss you every day my darling, today, I was walking around the garden in our new home, which you never knew, and found myself singing your little love you songs, I told someone on the phone this evening about you, and how we assumed you spoke with a terrible lisp, and how all your emails had to be written for you in that same terrible lisp, I asked Blanche, never to leave her, Daddie, ever, see, she said she would try, I love you and miss you terribily, every day my little darling every single day, oh my little love, it is too terrible, your Daddie.
Reflection (Tuesday 21st March 2001)
With 3 days to go to your Granny's 80th Birthday and as I redo your site my love to conform to our latest standard in coding, I pause to reflect on your loss, its meaning, the love your still give from the Rainbow Bridge.
Little one I stll love you and I miss you as only you know. I still light a candle every Monday at 2100 for you and say my prayers as if we were together and wish we were all together. I now have a better understandig and know now that for all time, we are all bonded with love, we will be together now and for always in spirit and love. Little one, Tutths a Tweethos, I love you and miss you terribily, Daddie.
Reflection (Monday 13th December 1999)
Almost a year later the loss is no different. I still miss my little love very much and grieve for her every day. Pancake taught me what unconditional pure love was. The whole experience has brought me closer to our Creator. We hold candle light prayers every Monday evening at 9PM with out fail during which prayers are said, some of the poems written here are read out aloud. Monday evening's are now reserved for a period of quiet reflection and privacy.

You were very special to me.

Prayer For Animals
God Our Heavenly Father,
You created the world to serve humanity's needs
and to lead them to You.
By our own fault we have lost the beautiful relationship
which we once had with all your creation.
Help us to see that by restoring our relationship with You
we will also restore it with all Your creation.
Give us the grace to see all animals as gifts from You
and to treat them with respect for they are Your creation.
We pray for all animals who are suffering as a result of our neglect.
May the order You originally established
be once again restored to the whole world
through the intercession of the Glorious Virgin Mary,
the prayers of St. Francis and the merits of Your Son,
