 | | 10.09.2006 00:30:37 | | Today we met and African Grey called Coco !! | Today, we were at the Sanlam Centre in Pinetown now called Pinecrest Centre.
It was tea time there was some time to kill so we went to have some tea at the Mug and Bean in the centre.
As we were walking towards the Mug & Bean Hazel called out look there is a bird in that car.
So I looked in the car and went over to say hello, I introduced myself and told the african gray was called Coco and he was a hand reared. Wow we also have a Cockatiel called Coco, I was allowed to say hello, and asked if they had internet access at home, you can visit our site and see for your self our Coco.
Later we were joined by Coco and Abigial who we invited over for tea, Jeremy if I have my names right, was the pet.
The African Grey simply adored Jeremy, who told me that it was going to go to his family in East London as they were not able to give the grey the attention it deserved.
Myself and Hazel had a long conversation much later about giving our lot attention, I told her that often I was unable dote over my lot, they would see me in the morning and again in the evening and later at bed time. That was it often for long periods of time, because of work and demands being made on me, but I could never give up my family because, we just love them all too much.
Abigail who told be that she was still a children
